Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sassy But Classy Designs LLC, each custom order is created with care specifically for you. Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Personalized & Custom Orders:
All personalized and custom-made items are final sale. Customers will receive an opportunity to review and approve their design before production begins. Once a design has been approved, no refunds, cancellations, or changes will be accepted. Please carefully check all names, dates, spelling, colors, sizes, photos, and other details before giving final approval.

Deposits:
All deposits are nonrefundable. A deposit secures your order and covers time, designing, preparation, and/or materials associated with your project.

Final Payment:
Any remaining balance is due before printing, pressing, engraving, production, or final processing begins. Production will not begin until the required payment has been received.

Customer Approval:
Once you approve your design, you are confirming that all information and design details are correct. Sassy But Classy Designs LLC is not responsible for errors that were present in a design that the customer reviewed and approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If an item arrives damaged or if Sassy But Classy Designs LLC makes an error in producing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement or resolution.

Non-Personalized Items:
Any eligible return or exchange of a non-personalized item must be approved by Sassy But Classy Designs LLC before it is returned. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
