Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Sassy But Classy Designs LLC. Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing & Shipping Time
Custom and personalized orders are created specifically for each customer. Once your design has been approved, payment requirements have been met, and your order has been printed/produced, your order will be prepared for shipment.

Orders are generally shipped within 7–10 business days after final design approval and production.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Design Approval
Production and processing times do not begin until all required information has been received and the customer has given final approval of the design. Delays in approving a design or providing necessary information may delay completion and shipment of the order.

Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been shipped, delivery time is determined by the shipping carrier and is separate from our processing time. Sassy But Classy Designs LLC cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates or be held responsible for carrier delays after a package has been accepted by the shipping provider.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Tracking Information
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information once their order has been prepared for shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us promptly so we can assist you in determining the appropriate next steps.
